Badge-Making & Miss Clarity Cafe

12 Nov 2007, Monday. School Admin Day. No school for the kiddos, but meetings (for the sake of meetings) for the poor teachers till 3.30pm. =(

The DRLMTC had to rush against time to produce more badges for the Jumble Sale & P1 Registration on Friday. Unfortunately, our dear Hazel & Rebecca succumbed to tempation. They abandoned Gary & Ms Lee despite the promise, so as to catch the movie Game Plan. =( Both ended up crying in the theatre though as the show was too touching at certain segments. xD Tough guy like me doesn't cry @ movies, ok.. =P

This was our second trip to Sagacity @ Bras Basah Complex to make badges. The first one was on 5 Nov, a week ago. Ms Lee, Gary, Hazel, Rebecca and I were there on both occasions. Though Hazel & Rebecca didn't contribute much this round, we still managed to produce quite a bit. We called it a day @ around 5.45pm and we headed for a nice cosy little cafe, Miss Clarity Cafe, nearby for dinner. I had been there a couple of times, used to like that place.

They took very long to decide what they wanted. Hazel ordered ham with melted cheese baguette but only to realise that they don't serve it at dinner's time. Can u imagine she started to panic?! xD She ordered beef baked rice instead, but could hardly finish it and she ate really slowly. =S Rebecca ordered the chicken ballotine, same as mine. But after some "brain-washing" by Hazel, Rebecca decided to pick out what she used to like, mushroom, from her food. =( Gary took the chicken baked rice. How were the food there?

We had planned to do a trial sale of the badges the following day, 13 Nov. =D
